Privacy Policy

The App is intended for authorized Vibrant Wellness sales team members only. Access is gated by a team PIN. It is not a public product and is not intended for use by patients or the general public.

• Access logs. When you sign in with the team PIN, we record the date and time, the approximate location (country, region, and city derived from your network connection), your IP address, and your device/browser type. This is used to protect the tool from unauthorized access.
• Plan content you enter. Growth plan text is stored in your browser (local storage) on the device you use. It is not uploaded to a central account unless you export or upload it yourself.
• Uploaded images. Clinic logos, rep headshots, and team photos you upload are stored in cloud object storage so they work across devices.
• Text you submit for AI fill. Content you paste for the “Fill with ChatGPT” feature is sent to OpenAI to map it into plan sections.

The App is for clinic- and provider-level business planning only. Do not enter patient names, test results, or any protected health information (PHI). You are responsible for ensuring no PHI is entered, exported, or shared.

• To provide, secure, and improve the App.
• To detect and prevent unauthorized or abusive access.
• To generate the growth plans you create.

We do not sell your information.

Access logs are kept only as long as needed for security review. Plan text remains in your browser until you delete it or clear your browser data. Uploaded images remain until removed. You can clear local plan data at any time from your browser settings.

The App runs on hosting and storage infrastructure (e.g. Cloudflare) and uses OpenAI for the optional AI fill feature. Those providers process data under their own terms.
